4. Land Acquisition Services

  • Any offer made by Keystone Digital for land or property is non-binding until a written purchase agreement is executed by both parties.
  • We are not licensed real estate agents. Sellers are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel before completing any transaction.
  • We make no representations about property values and recommend independent appraisals.
  • Final pricing is subject to due diligence findings including title search, survey, utility availability, and other factors.

5. Client Services & Engagements

  • Digital services (web development, AI integrations, automation) are governed by individual project agreements or statements of work.
  • Payment terms, deliverable timelines, and scope are defined in separate written agreements.
  • All work product created for clients remains the property of the client upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted in a written agreement.
